The magical musical evenings under Sinj’s Kamičak Fortress continue this summer. This program has already become a hallmark of the town’s cultural offering, where top-tier musicians draw audiences eager for quality entertainment in a unique setting.

On Saturday, August 22, a wonderful evening awaits with “Mangroove” and Bruno Mičetić“. Mangroove”, led by Željko Veverec and Toni Starešinić, is one of Croatia’s most acclaimed groups, whose music blends soul, jazz, funk, and contemporary pop. Through multiple award-winning albums, collaborations with top musicians, and notable concert projects – including the “HRT Jazz Orchestra” – “Mangroove” has built a distinctive, authentic musical voice, both in Croatia and internationally. The group also features outstanding multi-instrumentalists and producers: Leo Beslač (keyboards, flute, bass guitar), also a member of “Mimika Orchestra” and “Nemeček”, and Silvio Bočić (drums), a member of “Darko Rundek i ekipa”.

Bruno Mičetić is a prominent Croatian jazz and rock guitarist with a rich international career and numerous albums and collaborations with renowned musicians. He has performed at leading jazz festivals and has founded the unique concert series “Melodies of the National Parks”, which began with a performance at National Park Risnjak and continued at National Park Paklenica. He also authored several acclaimed projects and releases in Croatia and abroad.

On Sunday, August 23, Darko Rundek – one of the most important singer-songwriters and musicians of the region – performs in a quartet alongside Igor Pavlica (trumpet), Ana Kovačić (saxophone), and Miro Manojlović (percussion).

Rundek needs no special introduction – he fronts the cult band “Haustor” and has, over the years, built a distinctive, enduring body of work as a solo musician. The concert will feature both his more recent songs and well-known pieces that have defined his career and the regional music scene.
